Founded in Los Angeles in 2019, Pacific Landmark is a young and dynamic marketing agency focused on the Asia Pacific visitor market. We help businesses around the country tap into Chinese, Korean and Japanese visitors by leveraging the latest trends in both digital and traditional media. With backgrounds across retail, hospitality and travel industries, our team brings each client invaluable hands-on expertise with each market and a passion to help them discover new customer relationships.

Each engagement starts with a holistic marketing strategic assessment that is customized to the business needs of a customer. After conducting an interview with executives, and collecting available performance data and market research, we will collate all information into a comprehensive evaluation of opportunities from awareness generation through to post-purchase.

Chris has extensive experience in customer acquisition and retention strategy, specifically with Asian and North American markets.  He has held regional and corporate marketing roles spanning Asia and North America building innovative & impactful programs from the ground up.

Stella has 9 years of experience in marketing leadership, including in Hawaii and mainland China, driving highly successful programs for the Chinese market.

Kristi has over 5 years of experience at both Apple and Bloomingdale’s in sales and service leadership, with a focus on the Japanese visitor market.

Fumie has worked both in Hawaii and Japan, and has more than 10 years of experience with marketing, sales and visual merchandising for the Japan market.
